Membership  
 
(1) Eligibility :
 
 
Membership of the Organization shall be open to every India citizens aged 18 years or above who have read the Aims & Objects of the Organization and agreed to abide by its Articles of Association.
 
 
(2) Classes of Membership :
 
 
There shall be two categories of membership of the Organization as under :
 
 
Individual Level Membership
Group Level Membership
 
Individual Level Membership  
 
The individual level membership shall be of the following types :
 
 
Founder Members
Silver Members
Golden Members
Diamond Members
Platinum Members
 
Founder Member  
 
Individuals, who have had attended the first meeting and desired to form this Organization and whose names have been listed in the memorandum, shall be called Founder Members. Each Founder Member shall pay a life-term subscription of Rs. 1,000/- to the Organization.
 
Silver Member  
 
Individual, who pays an annual membership fee, presently being Rs. 100/- and whose application has been accepted by the Executive Committee, hereinafter called as ‘EC; shall be eligible to become silver Member.
 
Golden Member  
 
Individual having completed Silver Membership for four years and duly approved by the EC can be enrolled as a Golden Member of the Organization on payment of the prescribed annual membership fee.
 
Diamond Member  
 
An individual who has been Golden Member for three years continuously and has sought approval of the EC, can be enrolled as a Diamond Member. The Diamond Member will become the Lifetime Member and, therefore, will not pay any fee thereafter.
 
Platinum Member  
 
An individual on whom the EC has conferred honorary membership in recognition of the meritorious services rendered by them to the Organization can become a Platinum Member.
 
Group Level Membership  
 
The group level membership shall be of the following types :
 
 
Institutional Members
Corporate Members
Affiliated Members
Supporting Members
 
Institutional Members  
 
Recognized Educational Institutions willing to pay an annual fee as fixed by the EC and the membership duly accepted by it, shall be called Institutional Member
 
Corporate Members  
 
A corporate body willing to become the member of the organization on payment of one-time fee as decided by the EC from time to time and the membership duly accepted by it, can become a member & such member shall be termed as Corporate Member.
 
Affiliated Members  
 
Any organization desirous to get itself affiliated to this Organization by paying the requisite fee and whose affiliation has been approved by the EC according to the rules framed from time to time, shall also be accorded to organized societies, clubs or groups of individuals having similar aims and objects as that of this organization.
 
Supporting Members  
 
Institutions or organizations, which do not fall under any of the above categories but are extending their full co-operation to furthering the activities of this Organization and are accepted as such by the EC, shall be treated as Supporting Members.
 
 
(3) Intending persons/institutions/organizations or any other category defined above shall apply to membership to the General Secretary of the Organization on a prescribed form either directly or through a recognized unit of State Branch or and adhoc-committee.
 
 
(4) The membership fee for different categories of memberships shall be decided and fixed by the EC from time to time.
 
 
(5) Membership shall normally run from April 1 to March 31. However members enrolling themselves in the month of January in any year will been titled to the privileges of membership till the end of the following year.
 
 
(6) Only those individuals who holds valid membership for the year, will be entitled to the privileges of membership. A grace period of three months is allowed to members to take part in the business of the Organization. But. this shall not entitle them to take part in the elections for voting unless they have renewed their membership for the current year at least 30 days prior to the day of elections.
 
 
(7) In case of nay question regarding the validity of any type of membership, the membership of such a person/body may be determined by a resolution of the EC. The EC shall not, however, be under any obligation to state any reason for the decision arrived at.
 
 
(8) The EC has the right to accept or reject any application for any kind of membership without assigning any reason thereof . The decision of the EC in this regard shall be final and binding.
 
 
(9) Cessation of Membership :
 
 
The final authority to decide upon acceptance, rejection, expulsion, suspension and termination of any member or any application made for membership or to the existing membership lies with the EC and its decision in this respect shall be final and binding.
 
 
The membership shall be ceased if the following situation/condition arises is respect to the members :
 
Founder Members  
 
The membership of the Founder Member will be ceased only in case of his/her death and if he/she is convicted by any Court of Law.
 
Silver Members  
 
The membership of the Silver Member will be ceased in case :
 
 
He/She fails to pay the membership fee within the stipulated time.
He/she involves him/herself in anti-organization or anti-social activities.
His/her demise.
 
Golden Members  
 
The membership of Golden Members will be cased in case :
 
 
He/she fails to pay the membership fee within the stipulated time.
He/She involves him/herself in anti-organization or anti-social activities.
His/her demise.
 
Diamond Members  
 
The membership of diamond members will be ceased I case :
 
 
He/she involves him/herself in anti-organization or anti-social activities.
His/her demise.
 
Platinum Members  
 
He/she involves him/herself in anti-organization or anti-social activities.
at the sweet will of the Executive committee.
His/her demise.
 
 
In addition to above the following situations/conditions in respect of all the membership, if found applicable, the same will count to cease the membership in reference by the EC :
 
 
In the applicable/due fee is not paid within the stipulated time.
If the member tenders the resignation and the same is duly accepted by the EC.
If the act of the member is found objectionable, anti-social or anti-social or anti-organization.
If the member remains in arrears of dues even after one or two reminders or months, whichever is earlier. However, on representation by the defaulting member the EC may consider his/her request founding the reason of default to be genuinely condonable. The grace/extension of period in such cases shall solely be the discre-tion of the EC.
If the person is accused by any court of Law.
 
 
(10) Readmission :
 
 
No readmission to any member shall be allowed if the member in reference was expelled or terminated by the NEC for reasons other than non-payment of the applicable fee. In case of cessation of the membership, Such application will be treated as fresh application and all rules and regulations that of a fresh membership shall be applicable .
